“Data brokers trust, tools brokers use.”
Diamond CRE started inside an active brokerage — a place where the “tech stack” was CoStar, Salesforce, AscendixRE, Visual Lease, Mailchimp, and LoopNet. Six logins, six bills, zero shared data layer.
We tried every tool on the market and kept running into the same wall: data that contradicts itself, no central nervous system, and an OM that takes two-to-four weeks because almost all of it is data assembly. So we built the workspace we wanted — built, tested, and designed for the people who do the deal.

Three values. No mush.
Ironclad.
Security and trust are non-negotiable. Broker data is sacred — isolated workspaces, row-level security, and an audit trail for every mutation.
Go Get It.
Bias toward action, not permission. Ship, learn, ship again. Weekly releases driven by the brokers using the product.
Efficient Problem-Solving.
If it doesn't save brokers time or make them money, cut it. Every screen has to earn its place in the workflow.
